Our relatively small, woman-owned corp. has served banks, retailers and offices in 6 states throughout the Midwest - IL, WI, IN, IA, MO & OH. Our in-house project managers estimate, schedule, and monitor projects based on client plans. We assemble competitive bids from proven local subcontractors and insure workmanship quality by our on-site, full-time superintendents. Annard is a non-affiliated corporation with access to union and non-union subcontractors - depending on the area.
